The website www.neomente.com and the mobile application “Neomente” (jointly referred to as the “Platform”) are owned by QUIES MENTIS S.A.S. (hereinafter “QM”), a duly incorporated company with registered offices at Junín 674 1 B, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, CUIT 30-71653502-5.
The Platform’s objective is to provide Users with access to professional services from psychologists and/or psychiatrists (hereinafter referred to interchangeably as “Therapist(s)”), licensed to practice in Argentina, via video calls or “tele sessions” (the “Tele Session Service”). It also provides access to content via the Platform.
Additionally, the Platform offers another Neomente service: the analysis and processing of Users’ blood samples through the Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS), a proprietary algorithm that combines traditional psychiatric diagnostic data with clinical analysis, comorbidities, and pharmacogenetic and biomarker testing. This generates a personalized report for the treating psychiatrist (hereinafter “Professional(s)”), which assists with clinical decision-making and pharmacological treatment follow-up (the “Analysis Service”; both the Tele Session and Analysis Services are referred to as the “Services”).
“User(s)” refers to any person over the age of eighteen (18) who can access the Services after accepting these Terms and Conditions of Use and the Platform’s Privacy Policy, available at http://app.neomente.com/ (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”).
Users are required to read these Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy carefully. These are binding and must be read and accepted in order to register and use the Services. If the User disagrees with any of the provisions, they must refrain from registering or using the Services.
REGISTRATION
To begin using the Services, the User must register on the Platform through the form available at http://app.neomente.com/.
By registering and clicking “Accept,” the User confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy.
The User guarantees the accuracy of the information provided during registration and is solely responsible for keeping it updated (including contact details). The User may not impersonate another person or entity, or sell, share, or transfer account information. If the information provided is deemed incorrect or incomplete, QM reserves the right to cancel the account, without any liability or obligation to compensate the User.
The User is solely responsible for all activity occurring under their account, and for safeguarding the confidentiality of their login and password. QM assumes no liability for losses arising from the User’s failure to protect their credentials.
SCOPE AND CONDITIONS OF THE TELE SESSION SERVICE
Once registered, the User may contact the Therapist of their choice from those listed on the Platform. Sessions will take place via video call, and the duration will be determined by the selected Therapist.
The number of sessions will depend on the treatment plan the Therapist deems appropriate for the User.
The Platform provides emotional support and psychological guidance at a distance. However, Users should be aware that the Tele Session Service may not be suitable for everyone.
The Service is NOT a medical emergency service. In case of emergency, the User must contact 107, the 24-hour emergency medical line (SAME).
The Service does not include medical certificates. QM does not guarantee the content of any advice or response from Therapists.
The Service should NOT be used for:

Life-threatening medical issues

Conditions that may deteriorate rapidly

Emergencies or serious cases
Minors under the legal responsibility of the User may be associated with the account with prior informed consent.
Access to the Service is subject to the User’s internet connection and device, for which the User is solely responsible.
If a session cannot be attended, the User must contact the Therapist to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the session must be paid as agreed with the Therapist.
SCOPE AND CONDITIONS OF THE ANALYSIS SERVICE
Users must present a medical prescription signed by a Professional when registering.
Once registered for the Analysis Service, Users must visit a CentraLab location (CentraLab S.A.), specifically the Recoleta branch at Av. Callao 1343, Buenos Aires, Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 12:45, or schedule a home visit in CABA via email (72 hours in advance) to: sederecoleta@centralab.com.ar. They may also visit Hospital Favaloro (PRICAI), Central Branch at Av. Belgrano 1746, 2nd Floor, Buenos Aires, Fridays and Saturdays from 10 to 11 am.
The User must comply with all pre-test requirements (fasting, diets, etc.) as indicated by [Neomente/CentraLab/Hospital Favaloro].
Samples will be analyzed by the CDSS. Results will be sent to the Professional within twenty (20) business days.
This Service is NOT for medical emergencies.
It does not include medical certificates, and QM does not guarantee any advice from the Professionals.
As with the Tele Session Service, minors can be associated with the User’s account with prior informed consent.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

Tele Sessions are paid by the User directly to the Therapist via a payment link or bank transfer. QM is not responsible for pricing or the payment agreement between User and Therapist.

The Analysis Service is paid through the Platform via credit/debit card or bank transfer.
QM is not liable for payment processing issues.
ETHICS AND CONFIDENTIALITY
The User agrees to protect the confidentiality of all session-related information. Sessions are private and confidential and may not be disclosed, shared, or published without QM’s prior written consent.
The User is responsible for safeguarding confidentiality and device security. QM is not liable for unauthorized access.
In the event of a legal or administrative request for disclosure, the concerned party will notify the other to enable appropriate measures.
LOCATION OF SERVICES
Legally, Tele Sessions are considered to take place at the Therapist’s registered address. The Analysis Service is considered to occur at the User’s registered address.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
To use the Services, the User must have a device with an internet connection. QM is not responsible for connection failures or access issues.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
QM does not guarantee the quality or consequences of medical advice provided. Therapists are independent professionals and solely responsible for their services.
QM is not liable for errors, omissions, viruses, third-party rights violations, or any damages arising from Service use.
Users are not obligated to continue treatment and are not bound by Professionals’ opinions.
QM reserves the right to suspend or discontinue Services without notice, and Users may not claim compensation for such termination.
BREACH OF TERMS AND MISUSE
Any breach of these Terms or unauthorized use of the Services may lead to cancellation of the User’s access, at QM’s sole discretion.
QM may send service-related notices via email or website announcements.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, domains, software, and documentation on the Platform are the exclusive property of QM or its rightful owners. All rights are reserved.
The User may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, translate, sell, or exploit any material from the Platform without prior written authorization.
Information must be used lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
ACCOUNT CANCELLATION
QM may cancel a User’s account in case of breach. It shall not be liable for any resulting damages.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by Argentine law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the City of Buenos Aires, excluding any other jurisdiction.
